New Textile Collection Jean Paul Gaultier for Lelievre

Jean Paul did it again!!

Last year Lelievre launched ‘Ca c’est Paris’ where the french designer developed a sophisticated new language in fabrics for upholstery and curtains based in japanese tattoo and romantic chinoserie illustrations.  Roche Bobois got captivated with the collection’s freshness and versatility and also launched an exclusive Jean Paul Gaultier furniture line.

Last year’s succes could only mean that Gaultier was going to design a new collection for Lelievre. And… Here it is!!

‘Le Defile’ is the logical evolution from last year’s collection. ‘Fangio’ displays a very attracive car crash illustration in a lovely faux suede available in three different colour combinations. ‘Angelots’ and ‘Moussaillon’ bring some cherubic figures to the textiles dressed by the designer with the iconic Gaultier T-shirts… Design evoultion or Blasphemy? What do you think? I love them!!
